Terms and Conditions

Deposit

All rate plans require a credit card valid through your intended check-out date as a guarantee. Upon booking, your card will be charged the full amount of your stay including all pre-ordered extras as a deposit.

Amendment

Based on room availability, you may amend your booking up to two weeks before arrival. Change in rates may be applicable (using the Best Available Rate) for your new dates of stay. You may not amend your arrival date within two weeks of arrival. You may request a longer stay at any time, which will be offered depending on availability.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to two weeks before arrival. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee.



Public Holiday Packages

This applies to Easter, Christmas and New Years Holidays. You may cancel your booking up twelve (12) weeks before arrival. Cancellations within twelve weeks (12) of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee.



No-show

If you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your entire booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee.

Children

Please note that it is a condition that you and we have confirmed that you have no children in your party under the age of twelve (12). Cape Lodge accepts bookings only for children ages twelve years and over, unless you are booking the entire property.

Payments

All payments may be settled by using cash, EFTPOS, debit card, direct bank transfer or credit card.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a 1.6% Credit Card Merchant Fee applies.
